Elite Precision.Military Discipline.Your Naples Home Repairs, Solved.
Veteran-owned home services built on discipline, accountability, and respect for your home. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, know who you're trusting with the task.
Send us the repair request and we assess it first: what the condition appears to be, what the work would involve, and what has to be confirmed before anything begins.
Structural work is subject to confirmation of the required qualifications, licenses, and permits before acceptance.
02
Smart Home & Electrical
Licensed scope confirmed separately
Plug-in smart device setup and configuration — cameras, doorbells, thermostats, hubs, lighting and app pairing, set up and explained.
Electrical work beyond plug-in devices is reviewed separately and accepted only after scope and licensing requirements are confirmed.
03
Carpentry & Installations
Trim, shelving, furniture assembly, mounting, and installation requests that are a practical fit — measured, fitted, and finished cleanly.
04
Tactical Property Maintenance
Punch-list tasks, routine upkeep, and recurring property maintenance requests handled in one organized visit instead of four separate calls.
Photos are illustrative of the kind of work handled and are not presented as verified completed customer projects.
Every request is reviewed for scope. Work requiring a specific license or permit is accepted only after the appropriate requirements are confirmed.
The Standard Is Personal
A background in service. A higher standard for your home.
Titan Task Force is a veteran-led handyman service run by Joshua Patton out of Naples, Florida. It is a small, deliberately personal operation — the person who takes the call is the person who shows up and does the work.
Insured and certified, veteran-led, and personal by design — the task is understood before it's started, the plan is explained in plain language, and the home is treated with the care it's owed while someone is working inside it.
Your home is treated as a place people live in — covered, protected, and left clean.
Communicate the plan.
You hear what the work involves before it starts, and you hear it again if anything changes.
Finish with care.
The last ten percent — the tidy edge, the walkthrough, the cleanup — is part of the job, not an extra.
How It Works
Three steps. No guesswork.
1
Brief the task.
Tell us what needs attention.
2
Confirm the scope.
Discuss the work, location, and next steps.
3
Get it handled.
Proceed after the scope and scheduling are agreed.
Submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment. Work begins only after the scope and scheduling are agreed.
Submit a Request
Operation: Home Repair
Tell us what needs attention. We'll start with the scope—not assumptions.
Requests are reviewed by a person, not an automated dispatcher. You'll get a call back to confirm what the work involves before anything is scheduled.
Field Questions
Straight answers for Southwest Florida homeowners.
Salt air, humidity and storm season put a specific kind of wear on a Naples home. Here is how requests, scope and coverage actually work — no guesswork, no fine print.
Getting Started
What kind of work does Titan Task Force handle in Naples?
Four capability areas: structural repair assessments, plug-in smart home setup, carpentry and installations, and property maintenance punch lists. Most Naples homeowners use us the same way — one call for the list of small-to-mid jobs that has been sitting on the counter, rather than chasing four separate trades.
How do I request service?
Use the request form on this page or call 239-292-2058. The form asks for your name, phone, ZIP code, request type and a description of the task. It is a callback request, not a booked appointment — we review the scope first and then talk before anything is scheduled.
What is the difference between the four request types?
A Field Service Request covers major maintenance or repair that needs an on-site look first. A Maintenance Appointment covers mid to low range tasks and routine upkeep. An Installation Request covers mounting, assembly and fitting work. An On-Site Request covers after-hours or unscheduled calls, which carry an additional fee that is confirmed with you before any work begins.
Do you give an estimate before starting?
Yes. Scope comes before work. You hear what the task involves, what it does not include, and what has to be confirmed — and nothing starts until that is agreed. We do not publish flat prices online because two Naples homes with the same request rarely need the same work.
What should I include in my request so you can help faster?
Your ZIP code, what the item is, where it is in or on the home, roughly how long it has been that way, and a photo-worthy description of what you see. For condos and gated communities, mention any HOA or association approval the work may need.
Southwest Florida Homes
Why does Southwest Florida wear homes out faster than other places?
Three things work on a Naples home at once: salt-laden coastal air, high year-round humidity, and intense UV. Together they corrode fasteners and hardware, swell and separate wood joints, blister finishes, and fatigue exterior sealant far faster than in a dry inland climate. Most of what we get called for is a maintenance item that was simply outrun by the environment.
What does salt air actually do to fixtures and hardware?
Salt accelerates corrosion on anything metal that is exposed or ventilated — door hardware, hinges, cabinet pulls near a lanai, lighting fixtures, screen enclosure fasteners, garage hardware and outdoor mounting brackets. Closer to the Gulf, the effect is stronger. Replacing a corroded fastener with the right grade of stainless, and rinsing exposed hardware, buys years.
Do you work on lanais and screen enclosures?
Yes, within scope. Screen panels, hardware, doors, fasteners and the fixtures and mounts inside a lanai are common requests here. Larger enclosure structure work is reviewed first, because that can cross into permitted structural territory in Collier County.
How does humidity affect doors, cabinets and trim?
Wood in Southwest Florida moves with the season. Doors that closed fine in February bind in August, drawer fronts shift, trim opens at the miters, and cabinet doors lose alignment. These are adjustment and refitting tasks, not replacement tasks, when they are caught early.
Can you help me prepare the house before hurricane season?
We take pre-season preparation requests — checking and refitting shutter hardware and tracks, tightening and replacing corroded exterior fasteners, securing loose exterior fixtures, addressing sealant gaps, and clearing the punch list of small exterior items. We do not offer emergency response, storm dispatch, or guaranteed arrival times, and requests rise sharply as a storm approaches, so earlier is better.
Do you handle hurricane shutters and impact protection?
Hardware, tracks, fasteners, panel fit and storage are the kind of items we review. Anything that is part of a permitted opening-protection system, or that changes the building envelope, is treated as a scope-verification item and accepted only after the applicable requirements are confirmed.
Can you look after my home while I am up north?
Seasonal and part-time residency is normal in Naples, and recurring maintenance requests fit that pattern well. Tell us the property, the tasks, and who is authorized to give access, and we will work from that. We do not advertise a monitoring or watch-service contract — this is scheduled maintenance work.
What about mold, water intrusion or storm damage?
Report it to us and we will be straight with you about what is inside our scope and what is not. Remediation, insurance restoration and anything involving suspected water intrusion behind finished surfaces belong with the specific licensed trade for that work, and we will say so rather than open it up.
Scope, Permits & Licensing
Does my project need a Collier County permit?
Many repairs and small installations do not; structural changes, electrical and plumbing alterations, and work on the building envelope commonly do. Permitting in Collier County, the City of Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Springs is not identical, and communities add their own approvals. Every request is reviewed for scope, and work that requires a specific license or permit is accepted only after the appropriate requirements are confirmed.
What smart home and electrical work do you do?
Plug-in smart devices: cameras, video doorbells, thermostats, hubs, smart lighting, app pairing and network setup, configured and explained so you can actually use it. Electrical work beyond plug-in devices is a separate conversation and is accepted only after scope and licensing requirements are confirmed.
Are you licensed and insured?
Credential details are confirmed with you directly before any work is scheduled. We do not post insurance, bonding or licensing claims on this site that have not been verified, and we will not take on work that requires a credential we have not confirmed for that scope.
What will you turn down?
Anything outside confirmed scope, and anything that belongs to a specific licensed trade — major electrical, plumbing alterations, HVAC systems, roofing, gas, and permitted structural work without the correct qualifications in place. Saying so up front is the job. You get a clear answer, not a started project that stalls.
Do you work in condos and HOA communities?
Yes. Naples has a lot of association-governed property, and most communities have rules about work hours, access, elevator use and contractor approval. Tell us the community up front so the approval steps are handled before a visit rather than at the door.
Service Area & Working Together
What areas do you serve?
Serving Naples, FL and Surrounding Areas. Coverage for any specific address is confirmed by ZIP code when you submit a request — include it and we will tell you plainly whether we can cover it.
Do you serve my Naples ZIP code?
Naples ZIP codes run from the beach and downtown through North Naples, Golden Gate and the eastern communities. Rather than guess, put your ZIP in the request form. You will be told directly whether the area is covered instead of finding out on the day.
Do you offer emergency or 24/7 service?
No. We do not promise emergency response, instant dispatch, or guaranteed arrival times. After-hours and unscheduled calls are handled as On-Site Requests, which carry an additional fee confirmed before any work begins. For anything genuinely dangerous, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility first.
What does veteran-owned and ex-law enforcement actually mean for my home?
It means habits, not slogans. Prepare before acting, say what you are going to do, do it, and answer for the result. Practically: the home is covered and protected, the plan is explained in plain language, you are told when something changes, and the space is left clean.
Who will be in my home?
You will know who is coming and what the visit is for before it happens. Naples homeowners are careful about access — that is reasonable, and the process here is built around it rather than around getting through the door quickly.
What happens after I submit the request form?
Your request is saved and reviewed by a person, and you receive a reference number on screen. We call you back at the number you provide to confirm the scope. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment, and no work is scheduled until you and we agree on what the task is.
Question not answered here?
Describe the task and you will get a plain answer about scope — including if it is not ours to take.
